How It Works

1. Register & Login

Create your student account with your PRN or email, then log in to access the complaint portal.

2. Submit a Complaint

Choose a category, describe the issue, attach evidence, and submit. The admin is notified instantly via email.

3. Track & Resolve

Follow your complaint from "Pending" to "Resolved" on your dashboard with real-time status updates.

We are a dedicated team of four engineering students from KIT’s College of Engineering, united by a shared vision to streamline campus life. CampusFix was born out of a desire to bridge the gap between students and administration through technology.
